We were honoured to hear the story of the incredible Darcey Brooks who is tackling the Rottnest Channel Swim this Saturday to help raise money for research here at Telethon Kids.
Darcey has had her fair share of challenges. From watching her loved one lose their battle to childhood cancer to suffering from several health issues including a horrific bone infection– she knew she wanted to give back.
Darcey has nearly reached her fundraising goal of $5,000 with the swim still to come!
